On Wednesday, May 10th 2006, at 8:00 pm EST, Bluegrass Portfolio Management will present a free online seminar titled "The Top Five Mistakes Investors Make." Any interested investor is invited to attend. There is no charge to participate.

In this seminar, Chief Strategist James Brumley will be discussing detrimental mistakes that are habitually committed by investors. Some of the topics include: - How to interpret and filter economic news - Spotting true market trends - Understanding the role that fundamental data plays - Using charts and price history to maximize returns - Simple sector strategies anybody can utilize Any investor is invited to attend the seminar, but those with at least a basic knowledge of investing and an interest in active strategies will benefit the most.

Specifically, those investors who feel that they are under performing, or who have been dissatisfied with advice they have been given, should attend. Financial professionals may also benefit from the seminar. The moderator of the seminar will be James Brumley, Bluegrass Portfolio Management's Chief Strategist. He and the advisory are best known for their viewpoint that Wall Street does a poor job of properly advising investors about economic and market trends. Bluegrass Portfolio Management's ongoing research reveals that the conventional interpretation of economic data is usually unhepful for investors. For instance, the advisor has found that high unemployment rates are historically low points for the market, when investors should actually be buying stocks. Brumley has also concluded that consumer confidence data is better used as a contrarian indicator, meaning that high confidence levels are sign of impending market weakness, and low confidence levels are an excellent buying opportunity.

In the seminar, he will be discussing ideas and techniques that are designed to enhance returns, without adding additional risk. The host of the web-based seminar is Genesis Financial Technologies, one of the data service providers for Bluegrass Portfolio Management. Genesis Financial Technologies, and their charting software called 'Trade Navigator', is used by the advisor on an ongoing basis to spot sector-based trends. The Trade Navigator software will be utilized by Bluegrass Portfolio Management to create the illustrative charts that appear within the seminar. Participants do not need to be a Genesis Technologies client or customer to attend the web-based seminar, even though the registration page is part of the Genesis website. A small software download will be required to attend the seminar.

Genesis and Bluegrass Portfolio Management will be using Centra software to host the online meeting. Centra provides similar software solutions to many companies who host online meetings. The small program is free to download, and serves no other purpose other than to let an attendee have access the seminar. The software does not require or access any personal information that may be stored on a computer. Directions to install the Centra software will be e-mailed to any registrant once he or she registers for the seminar on the Genesis website. To sign up for the seminar, interested investors should follow the instructions on this web page: http://www.genesisft.com/Training/Details.asp?id=851.
