Commentary: Large-Cap Growth

Just a quick note about styles…. A few weeks ago, the media was touting 2006 as the year that large-cap growth finally make a comeback. I had my doubts, and so far, my doubts have been justified. Since the beginnig of the year, value has beaten growth handily. In fact, value stocks have outpeformed growth stocks by about four times as much. As it stands now, I still see value as the better option for most portfolios. However, we no longer have a market-cap bias.
